Rickard Forsman is Director of Commercial Development at Qbtech and has more than 10 years of experience developing and commercializing innovative healthcare solutions. His career spans digital health, life sciences, medical devices, and strategic consulting, with a focus on bringing scalable healthcare technologies to market.
Before joining Qbtech, Rickard founded and led a medical device and virtual care company focused on dementia assessments, launching the world’s first digital memory clinic for patients at risk of developing dementia. He has also worked as a Global Project Manager within the pharmaceutical industry and as a management consultant specializing in strategy, digitalization, and life sciences.
At Qbtech, Rickard focuses on building scalable business models and operational strategies that help expand access to evidence-based ADHD care. He is passionate about translating healthcare innovation into practical solutions that improve experiences for clinicians, patients, and healthcare systems.
Outside of work, Rickard enjoys snowboarding whenever he gets the chance—a hobby that’s a little more challenging now that he lives in Texas.
