Danielle Vaeth is an accomplished healthcare leader with more than 20 years of experience spanning human resources, behavioral health operations, and digital health innovation. Before joining Qbtech, Danielle began her career in HR and recruitment, later leading the development and launch of over a dozen ADHD specialty behavioral health clinics in collaboration with primary care and pediatric providers. 

Over the past 11 years at Qbtech, Danielle has played a pivotal role in the company’s growth, first as a consultant and then as one of the organization’s earliest employees. Today, as Head of Strategic Market Development, she sits at the intersection of strategic growth and clinical advocacy. She ensures that business and customer success align with the evolving needs of healthcare providers, patients, and payors. 

Danielle has been instrumental in advancing objective, evidence-based approaches to ADHD diagnosis and treatment, including speaking to the DEA around ADHD and OMB and the formation of the US ADHD Expert Consortium. These efforts and collaborative work with clinicians and policymakers to improve access to quality care. Her leadership blends market strategy with a deep commitment to improving outcomes across the ADHD care continuum. 

Outside of work, Danielle is a yoga teacher, expert blueberry jam maker, and an avid traveler who draws inspiration from exploring new places, a reflection of her curiosity and drive to continuously expand how innovation can serve mental health and neurodevelopmental care.
