Katie Hathaway is a Market Development Manager at Qbtech and an experienced behavior analyst with over 10 years of clinical experience supporting children and young adults with autism, ADHD, and intellectual disabilities. Prior to joining Qbtech, Katie helped establish two early intervention ABA practices and earned certification in organizational behavior, bringing both clinical and operational expertise to her work.
Katie holds a Bachelor’s degree in Special Education from Furman University and a Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis from Simmons University. She is passionate about improving ADHD awareness, reducing bias, and ensuring high-quality care for all individuals who need support.
Based in the Atlanta, Georgia area, Katie lives with her husband and two children. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time outdoors with her family, relaxing with a good book, or hunting for the perfect cup of coffee.
