Jess is the Clinical Team Manager for the UK, based in Norfolk, in the East of England. She is a Registered Mental Health Nurse, qualifying in 2012, and earned her Non-Medical Prescriber qualification (V300) in 2016 from King’s College London. Jess completed her BSc in Psychology with Neuropsychology in 2008 at Bangor University and her MSc in Neuroscience at King’s College London, IoPPN, in 2020, focusing on executive function in ADHD and the effects of stimulant and non-stimulant medications.

Jess began her nursing career in London, working within CAMHS (Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services) across SLaM, CNWL, and ELFT. She moved to Norfolk in 2019, leading the ADHD nursing team within the Community Paediatric and Neurodevelopmental Service and supporting the Learning Disability CAMHS team. She also collaborated with local CAMHS and neurology colleagues to develop a bespoke post-pandemic clinic addressing tics and functional neurological disorders in neurodiverse young people.

Jess continues to work clinically as an Advanced Nurse Practitioner within private ADHD assessment services, integrating objective measures into her practice. Her expertise focuses on complex ADHD assessment and treatment, clinical pathway design, and quality improvement. She has a specialist interest in girls and women presenting with ADHD and has published work in this field. Jess is passionate about advocating for patient voices, equitable access to care, and the use of reasonable adjustments to ensure all ADHD service users can participate in their own health and well-being.

A proud moment in her career was being named Norfolk and Waveney NHS Person of the Year 2020, nominated by a young person she supported during the Covid-19 pandemic.
