Nikita Shah is a Clinical Advisor at Qbtech with six years of experience in pediatric neuropsychology and ADHD assessment. She holds a Master of Professional Studies in Clinical Psychological Science from the University of Maryland and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, with a concentration in Cognitive Neuroscience, from The George Washington University. During her graduate studies, Nikita worked in the University of Maryland’s ADHD Research Lab, where she developed a strong interest in objective assessment and evidence-based treatment approaches.

In her role at Qbtech, Nikita supports healthcare professionals in integrating tools such as QbCheck and QbTest into clinical practice. She is passionate about creating patient-centered evaluations, helping children feel understood, and promoting equitable access to ADHD care through telehealth and innovative assessment solutions.

Outside of work, Nikita enjoys baking, running, and traveling—having visited 31 countries—and dreams of hiking Mount Kilimanjaro.*
