Teresa Hayes is a Clinical Advisor at Qbtech, bringing over 15 years of experience in the mental health healthcare system. A Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN), Practice Mentor, and Go M.A.D. Licensed Coach, Teresa combines clinical expertise with a passion for coaching and wellbeing. One of her proudest achievements was leading a staff wellbeing project in adult inpatient services, which reduced sickness and injury while fostering self-management through structured supervision and coaching techniques. In ADHD care, Teresa focuses on recognizing differences in women and girls, particularly how hormonal changes influence management strategies.

Away from work, she spent two years in New Zealand leading horse trekking trips, herding sheep and cattle, and managing farmland—an experience that reflects her adventurous spirit.
