Amy Sara

Amy is a clinical advisor based in London, bringing a decade of expertise in psychiatric services. She joined the team in 2025 after working in an adult ADHD service in North London where she supported patients through assessment and ongoing care. A qualified RMN with an additional non-medical prescribing qualification, she has developed a deep understanding of ADHD and wider mental health needs due to her hands-on clinical experience.

Outside of work, she enjoys reading, running, and spending time with her boyfriend and their cat, Dennis.
