Amy Sara is a Clinical Advisor at Qbtech with over ten years of experience in mental health, ADHD, and substance misuse services. A Registered Mental Health Nurse and Non-Medical Prescriber, she holds a BSc (Hons) in Mental Health Nursing from the University of York and completed her Independent Prescribing qualification at the University of Greenwich in 2023. 

Throughout her career, Amy has worked extensively with adults in both ADHD and substance misuse settings, helping individuals access the right treatment and seeing firsthand how this can transform their relationships, work, and education. She is particularly passionate about addressing the overlap between ADHD and substance misuse and improving accessibility to care for people with complex needs. 

Outside of work, Amy enjoys running, reading, and exploring London’s food scene with her boyfriend—while her cat, Dennis, waits patiently at home
